Miss Candy Cane

This year Spencer really wanted Santa to send us an elf. I helped him write a letter to Santa asking for and promising to take good care of an elf. With in hours we had a package from the North Pole (Santa is just that good). Candy Cane came with a letter explaining that she was there to watch the kids for Santa and to make sure that they were being good. The letter also warned of some mischief that these elf's have been knows to get into at night while everyone sleeps. Spencer was in love. he took such good care of Candy Cane. He would run to find her every morning. She loved to hide and there were a few times Spencer had a hard time finding her.

Candy was very quick to make friends.

She loved the kids nativity

I guess Elf's love candy

We were sad to see Candy Cane leave but she has promised to come back next year. She left a letter offering some advice on what the kids could work on to be extra good. James didn't really fully understand what Candy Cane was here for but he will occasionally ask me where Candy Cane is. She is a cute and fun addition to our Christmas activities.
