Spin Class

I have fallen in love with spin classes. I wasn't sure I would. In fact before I went to my first one I had a dream about it all. I use to go with a friend of mine who was pregnant. I admired the fact that she could go at 32 weeks along. But summer got the best of us and we could no longer go together and then she had her baby so I was left on my own. So yesterday after swimming with the kids and naps etc I asked Brian to come to a class with me. Brian rides his bike almost every day to and from work. and I know he likes it so I thought a spin class would be great together. The class we went to happened to be a speed class. For those of you who don't know about spin classes, a speed class is lots of really really fast peddling. It was killer. by far the hardest class I have been to. Brian looked like he was having fun. we both liked the class and we really liked going to the class together. That was until I got home. My feet were killing me and my legs were so tired. We worked really hard. We are excited to try to go together more often. And lucky for Brian he gets to ride his bike to work again today :)
