January

So January is a big month for us. Spencer's Birthday is the 4th and then a week later on the 11th is Brian's birthday and then mine on the 12th. It makes for a busy couple of weeks. On Friday I invited Brian's brother Matt and his family up for a family dinner. We had it at Toni's house cause its bigger. Randy and Cindee came down for it and it was a great night. we played games and enjoyed company. Saturday for My birthday Brian watched the boys while I went to lunch and shopping with my sister Toni and niece Clair. It was so nice to be able to go shopping without Spencer and James. We went to paradise bakery for lunch... is you haven't been yet you need to go, the best cookies ever!! and then we found this new store called Steve and Barry's. They just happened to be having a sale where everything in the store was 8.98. can't beat that. I got a pair of Jeans. We then went to TJ Maxx where I found a other pair of jeans and the cutest purse. Toni got me some workout clothes with some running shoes to come... time to start running. That night Toni watched Spencer and James while Brian took me out to dinner. He took me downtown to our favorite place, Charlie Chows. We walked in and Randy and Cindee, Matt and Amanda, and Natalee and Brady were there. It was a great surprise. So Turning 30 was a little difficult. Toni's said it perfectly, its not that I feel old, its just that I don't feel young anymore. But I am excited for this new year and all it has to offer.
