Halloween

Halloween this year was a lot of fun. Spencer was so excited to dress up and go trick-or-treating. He practiced saying trick-or-treat all day! we had dinner at Toni and Brads and the kids were ready to go. Daylight savings made it light for a long time but they still got out pretty early. Spencer was a cute little monkey and James was a pea in the pod. I thought it would have been perfect if we had a big yellow hat for Brian and he could be the man in the yellow hat, but I thought of it too late. So Brian took the little guys out while I stayed at Toni's to hand out candy. Spencer and Ian did pretty good, went for a few hours. They couldn't wait to get home and eat their candy. I heard somewhere its better to let your kids eat all they can that first night and then chuck the rest then it is to let them have one piece of candy a day. Who knows if that is true or not but they sure enjoyed pounding the candy.
